1. When will my order arrive?

Our ready-made orders dispatch time is usually 2-5 days. Handmade orders may take up to 15days to dispatch. Order details will be sent to the customer post-dispatch of the order. The delivery time can take 3-7 days, depending on your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.

2. What are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE delivery in India for prepaid orders above INR 1000, with promo code FREEDEL
We offer Half Shipping fee delivery in India for prepaid orders above INR 500, with promo code 30OFF.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

3. My order has arrived damaged. What to do?

We double-check the products before packing. We bubble wrap the product from all sides and after packing, we put the product in a container box to avoid any kind of damage. We pack the products very carefully so that the products do not get damaged while shipping. 

However, we request you to take a video while opening the package, for any unforeseen circumstances, in case the product gets damaged in transit, we are there for you. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at nomoshkaroline[at]gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and a video of the product while opening the package.

We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In case we cannot provide you with an alternate replacement, we will provide you a refund of the order value(excluding shipping charges). We will inspect the products once we receive them and we will refund accordingly. If any kind of tampering is found in the video/ product, we will not entertain any refund/replacement for the product. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product to the following address-

RETURN POLICY

4. I don’t like the product as much OR I have changed my mind OR I don’t want to keep the product. What to do?

If unfortunately, you decide to not keep the product, please inform us via mail within 3 days of delivery and courier the product to the following address- (after carefully packing it so that it doesn’t break in transit)

Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future. However, Please note

  • This is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy for Promotional Sales and customized orders.
  • If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product be shipped back to you again.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable

5. How do I cancel my order?

 If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at nomoshkaroline[at]gmail.com , mentioning your order ID.

 – If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of the date of cancellation.

 – If we receive your cancellation request  AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
