We deliver orders to 29000+ pin codes across India via Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, etc. Time: Our ready-made orders dispatch time is usually 1-2 days. Handmade orders may take up to 15-30 days to dispatch. Order and tracking details will be sent to the customer post-dispatch of the order. Delivery time: 4-5 Business days. Orders from remote locations might be slightly delayed.
Shipping charge: Flat Rs 60 up to order value Rs 999 and FREE shipping on all orders above Rs 999.

Returns and Cancellation
Damaged:
We double-check the products before packing. We bubble wrap the product from all sides and after packing, we put the product in a container box to avoid any kind of damage. We pack the products very carefully so that the products do not get damaged while shipping. But in case of a very rare instance of items getting damaged in transit, please contact us via email at nomoshkaronline[at]gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9836982020 within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In case we cannot provide you with an alternate replacement, we will provide you with a refund of the order value(excluding shipping charges). We will inspect the products once we receive them and we will refund accordingly. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product.
Cancel: If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by mailing us at nomoshkaronline[at]gmail.com, mentioning your order ID. – If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 5 working days of the date of cancellation. – If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted
