Handmade orders may take up to 15-30 days to dispatch. Order and tracking details will be sent to the customer post-dispatch of the order. Delivery time: 4-5 Business days. Orders from remote locations might be slightly delayed.
Shipping charge: Flat Rs 100 up to order value Rs 999 and FREE shipping on all orders above Rs 999.

Returns and Cancellation
Damaged: We double-check the products before packing. We bubble wrap the product from all sides and after packing, we put the product in a container box to avoid any kind of damage. We pack the products very carefully so that the products do not get damaged while shipping. However, we request you to take a video while opening the package, for any unforeseen circumstances, in case the product gets damaged in transit, we are there for you. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at nomoshkaroline[at]gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and a video of the product while opening the package. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In case we cannot provide you with an alternate replacement, we will provide you with a refund of the order value(excluding shipping charges). We will inspect the products once we receive them and we will refund accordingly. If any kind of tampering is found in the video/ product, we will not entertain any refund/replacement for the product.
Cancel: If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by mailing us at nomoshkaroline[at]gmail.com, mentioning your order ID. – If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of the date of cancellation. – If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted
